Requirements, Skills, and Responsibilities: At least 1-2 years’ experience in Facility Management and Building Maintenance in UAE. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach who can work with minimal supervision. Foster brilliant courses of action plans and deals procedures when setting up with potential clients. Set up meetings with prospective clients and pay attention to their desires and concerns. Along with delivering suitable presentations on products and services. Understanding of the preparation of quotation and estimation. Gather information from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams to achieve better results. Analytical, Strategic, and self-motivated. Construct productive deals by utilizing a consultative and innovative approach customized to the client’s business. Account planning to expand new business avenue inside client accounts. Should have credible UAE driving permit.
